Clone Stamp

The clone stamp lets you retouch unwanted elements (film scratches, distracting elements in a picture, etc.) out of a photo by covering them with similar areas from another part of the image.

When using this tool, you select a source area to clone and set how large an area to clone, how dense a coverage you want (per single pass and a maximum for many passes) and a blurring strength at the edges of the stamp.
