Fill

The Fill tool is used to fill area with a single shade.

For the Fill tool, you can set a tolerance level, whether to fill similar areas in the whole picture or only contiguous similar areas, and what color to fill with. You can set the fill color using the system colors dialog or directly from the image using an eyedropper.
