An order may be cancelled at any time before payment has been sent. To cancel your order, please write to orders@zoner.com.

Refunds/Replacements/Returns

ELECTRONIC (INTERNET) DELIVERY:

Customers can download a 30-day trial version and then buy a full version. Full electronic versions are refundable up to 30 days if and only if the product is defective. Refund requests should be sent to orders@zoner.com.

PHYSICAL (BOXED) DELIVERY:

Refunds/Replacements for boxed products are linked to returns of those products. The given product must be returned to this postal address.

Customers can return products within the first thirty days after purchase for a refund or a replacement with another copy of the same product, for any reason.

Replacements are only available for boxed products.
